TPS92205x Non-Synchronous Buck LED Drivers

Texas Instruments TPS92205x Non-Synchronous Buck LED Drivers have a 4.5V to 65V wide input range. By integrating the low-side NMOS switch, the devices can drive LEDs and charge batteries with high power density and high efficiency. These devices are available with typical current limits of 1.5A (TPS922050), 3A (TPS922051, TPS922052, and TPS922053), and 6A (TPS922054 and TPS922055). The TPS92205x also supports common anode connection and single-layer PCB design. The switching frequency is configurable from 100kHz to 2.2MHz with an optional spread spectrum feature for better EMI performance.
