Darlington Transistor Output Photocouplers

LITEON Darlington Transistor Output Photocouplers are designed to deliver high current transfer ratios (CTR) and enhanced isolation performance for signal interfacing in industrial and consumer applications. These LITEON devices feature a high-gain Darlington phototransistor output, which allows for efficient signal amplification and reliable switching even at low input currents. With isolation voltages of 3750V_RMS and 5000V_RMS and CTR values ranging from 600% to over 1000%, the photocouplers are ideal for use in programmable controllers, power supplies, and data communication systems. The series also supports wide operating temperature ranges and comes in compact DIP and SOP packages, offering flexibility for various PCB layouts.
