KYOCERA AVX Accu-P® Standard Signal and Power Type Capacitors meet the demand for low-loss (high-Q) capacitors for use in surface mount technology, especially for the mobile communications market. KYOCERA AVX Standard Accu-P components are unique in their ability to offer very low capacitance values (down to 0.05pF) and very tight capacitance tolerances (±0.02pF to ±1pF). The high-frequency characteristics change at a slower rate with increasing frequency than for ceramic microwave capacitors.

C005 Ultra-Miniature 01005 Capacitors

KYOCERA AVX C005 Ultra-Miniature 01005 Capacitors are thin-film RF microwave capacitors that offer ultra tight capacitance tolerances (±0.01pF) due to utilization of the unique Accu-P™ Technology.  In addition to their ultra miniature standard 01005 chip size, these capacitors also feature ultra-low ESR, repeatable electrical parameters both lot to lot and within lots, high Q, and RoHS compliance. KYOCERA AVX C005 Capacitors are used in several applications that include RF modules, mobile communications, satellite TV, global positioning systems (GPS), filters, VCOs, and matching networks.
