Vishay TRANSZORB® Transient Voltage Suppressors (TVS)

Vishay Surface-Mount TRANSZORB® Transient Voltage Suppressors (TVS) are housed in a low-profile SMB (DO-214AA) package and are ideal for automated placement. These suppressors are available in unidirectional and bidirectional with excellent clamping capability and a fast response time. Vishay TRANSZORB Transient Voltage Suppressors meet MSL level 1, per J-STD-020, LF maximum peak of 260 °C. These devices are designed to protect against voltage transients induced by inductive load switching and lighting on ICs, MOSFETs, and signal lines of sensor units for consumer, computer, industrial, and telecommunication applications.
