Silicon Labs Si1133 Ambient Light Sensor IC is a UV Index Sensor with an I2C digital interface and programmable-event interrupt output. Si1133 includes dual 23-bit analog-to-digital converters, integrated high-sensitivity UV array, visible and infrared photodiodes and digital signal processor. It comes in a 10-lead 2x2mm QFN package and is capable of operation from 1.62 to 3.6V over the -40 to +85°C temperature range.
