ROHM Semiconductor Automotive LDO Regulators & Voltage Trackers
ROHM Automotive LDO Regulators and Voltage Trackers are AEC-Q100 qualified and include general-purpose 3-terminal models featuring low-power consumption, high-current capability, and high-voltage resistance. These ROHM LDO regulators and voltage trackers also feature low quiescent current, space-saving, high-efficiency, buck-boost automatic switching control, and low-voltage operation solutions. The automotive LDO regulators and voltage trackers operate at various supply voltage ranges, and the maximum output current varies between 0.07A to 1.5A. These LDO regulators offer different part types LDO, LDO with voltage tracker, LDO regulators with watchdog timer, and voltage trackers only. The automotive LDO regulators and voltage trackers are ideally used in cellular phones, automotive applications, home electric appliances, consumer equipment, and industrial appliances.

Power Supply Solutions
The LDO linear regulators of the BD733x and BD750x series have a rated voltage of up to 50V and are AEC-Q100 qualified. These series feature quiescent current as low as 6µA, suited for portable devices, wearables, IoT, and automotive applications.
The BD7xxLx-C ultra-low Iq current LDO regulators feature an integrated output current control circuit and built-in thermal shutdown. These series offer 50V absolute maximum voltage, current as low as 6μA, and maximum 200mA/500mA output current capabilities. These features make it suitable for audio systems, navigation, and high-reliability applications.
