NXP KITPF502xSKTEVM Socket Board Kit integrates all hardware needed to fully evaluate PF502x power management integrated circuits (PMICs). This kit provides a communication interface based on the FRDM-KL25Z freedom board to the FlexGUI software, allowing the PMIC to be fully configured and controlled. NXP KITPF502xSKTEVM Socket Board Kit is ideal for applications such as automotive radar systems, V2X communications, front-view cameras, and more.

- SWx in single-phase mode (default) or multiphase mode up to 3.5A peak each
- LDO1 from 1.5V to 5.0V, up to 400mA
- PWRON switch for global wake-up or enable
- Individual enable control switch for each regulator
- LEDs to indicate individual PGOODx and global PGOOD status
- USB interface through FRDM-KL25Z for register access, TBB mode, and OTP programming
- Multiple signal connectors for easy access
- Terminal blocks and test points for all regulators for easy testing and evaluation
