Vishay AS1Fx Standard Avalanche Surface-Mount Rectifiers are ideal for general-purpose rectification of power supplies, inverters, converters, and freewheeling diodes. This includes the consumer, automotive, and telecommunication industries. These Vishay rectifiers feature a low-profile package, making them ideal for automated placement. The rectifiers have a low forward voltage drop and a low reverse current. AS1Fx meets MSL level 1, per J-STD-020 with an LF maximum peak of +260°C.
