Torex Semiconductor XC8112 & XC8113 2ch Load Switch ICs
Torex Semiconductor XC8112 and XC8113 2ch Load Switch ICs feature an ideal diode function. These IC modules replicate the characteristics of an ideal diode and include functions such as enable (EN), inrush current protection, overcurrent protection, and thermal shutdown. Both series achieve an ultra-low forward voltage (VF) of only 20mV through the ideal diode function, which helps to extend battery life. Even with the VF being as low as 20mV, the reverse current from VOUT to VIN remains at 0μA, representing the characteristics of an ideal diode. This makes implementing output OR circuits easy and effectively lowers the power consumption in backup battery applications. Torex XC8112 and XC8113 2ch Load Switch ICs are IEC62368-1:2023 certified as a current limiter, enhancing device safety and simplifying design. The compact, low-height USP-8B06 2mm x 2mm x 0.33mm package is suitable for applications with a limited area and height.Features
