The TPS7B6850-Q1 is a monolithic integrated 40V 500mA watchdog LDO in the HTSSOP-28 package. The evaluation module monitors microcontroller or microprocessor power supplies in an automotive environment. The Texas Instruments TPS7B6850-Q1 has an integrated adjustable Power Good threshold and delay time. The watchdog LDO also has protection for overload and over-temperature.
