Texas Instruments TPS22990EVM Load Switch Evaluation Module (EVM)
Texas Instruments TPS22990EVM Load Switch Evaluation Module (EVM) is a fully assembled and tested circuit for evaluating the TPS22990 load switch. The TPS22990EVM allows the user to apply different input voltages (0.8V to 5.5V) under different loading conditions (0A to 10A) to the TPS22990. The Texas Instruments TPS22990EVM can monitor output, input, and switching waveforms.

- Connection points to VIN, VOUT, VBIAS, ON, and PG pins, as well as SENSE connections for accurate measurement of VIN and VOUT
- VIN input voltage range: 0.8V to 5.5V
- 10A maximum continuous switch current operation
- Onboard CIN and COUT capacitors
- Power good (PG) signal can be monitored via test point
