Texas Instruments SN74HCS244 / SN74HCS244-Q1 Octal Buffers

Texas Instruments SN74HCS244 / SN74HCS244-Q1 Octal Buffers feature 3-state outputs and Schmitt-trigger inputs. These SN74HCS244 / SN74HCS244-Q1 devices are configured into two banks of four drivers, each controlled by its output enable pin. The TI SN74HCS244 / SN74HCS244-Q1 Octal Buffers support a 2V to 6V wide operating voltage range and are available in a TSSOP-20 package. The SN74HCS244-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
