Texas Instruments SN74ACT17 Hex Buffers
Texas Instruments SN74ACT17 Hex Buffers include six independent CMOS logic buffers with TTL-compatible Schmitt trigger inputs. These buffers support up to ±75mA output drive at 5V in short bursts and drive 50Ω transmission lines. The SN74ACT17 buffers feature a ±24mA continuous output drive at 5V and fast operation with a maximum delay of 9.6ns. These buffers are available in a wettable flank QFN package. The SN74ACT17-Q1 buffers are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications. These buffers are used to debounce a switch, enable or disable digital signals, eliminate slow or noisy input signals, and hold a controller during reset.Features
