Texas Instruments ISO732x Low Power Dual Channel Digital Isolators

Texas Instruments ISO732x/ISO732x-Q1 Low Power Dual Channel Digital Isolators provide galvanic isolation up to 3000VRMS for 1 minute per UL and 4242VPK per VDE. These devices have two isolated channels comprised of logic input and output buffers. Each is separated by silicon dioxide (SiO2) insulation barriers. The ISO7320 has both channels in the same direction while ISO7321 has the two channels in an opposite direction. The default output is 'low' for devices with suffix 'F' and 'high' for devices without suffix 'F' in case of input power or signal loss. When used with isolated power supplies, these devices from Texas Instruments prevent noise currents on a data bus or other circuits from entering the local ground. These noise currents can interfere with or damage sensitive circuitry. The ISO732x-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
