Texas Instruments ADC3664EVMCVAL Evaluation Module

Texas Instruments ADC3664EVMCVAL Evaluation Module demonstrates the ADC3664-SP converters. The ADC3664-SP are low-noise, ultra-low-power, 16-bit or 14-bit, 10MSPS to 125MSPS, high-speed, dual-channel ADCs. These devices are developed for low noise performance and provide a noise spectral density of -158dBFS/Hz. The ADC3664-SP utilizes a serial LVDS interface to output the digital data. The serialized LVDS interface supports output rates up to 1Gbps.
