Teledyne LeCroy T3DSO4000L-HD Low Profile Oscilloscopes

Teledyne LeCroy T3DSO4000L-HD Low-Profile Oscilloscopes feature 4-channel and 8-channel (1U high and 2U high packages) models with analog bandwidth options from 500MHz to 2GHz. The low-profile form factor, combined with 12-bit high-resolution ADCs and a low-noise front end, provides impressive noise performance. The T3DSO4000L-HD oscilloscopes provide a maximum real-time sample rate of 10GSa/s per channel and a maximum memory depth of 500Mpts/ch (1 channel). These low-profile oscilloscopes consist of a built-in 25MHz waveform generator and support remote control over a LAN port. The T3DSO4000L-HD low-profile oscilloscopes are ideal for ATE systems and automated applications.

T3PP500

The T3PP500 passive probe is the replacement probe for the T3DSO4000L-HD low-profile oscilloscopes. This passive probe features a 500MHz bandwidth, a 10x probe, and a 10:1 attenuation.
