B&K Precision HMR ATE System DC Power Supplies
B&K Precision HMR ATE System DC Power Supplies are designed for ATE applications requiring a wide output voltage and current in a compact 3U form factor. These power supplies feature multi-range (autoranging) operation that enables maximum power to be delivered at multiple voltage/current combinations. The HMR DC power supplies offer an intuitive front panel control with a large touchscreen display, dedicated rotary knobs, and an output on/off button. These power supplies are available in 10kW and 18kW options and support USB and LXI-compliant LAN interfaces for remote PC control and programming. The HMR DC power supplies come with a built-in web server for remote instrument control from a web browser. These power supplies can save/recall up to 16 list mode programs with up to 500 steps each. Protection features include Overvoltage (OVP), Overcurrent (OCP), Overpower (OPP), Overtemperature (OTP) protection, and key-lock.Features
