Taiwan Semiconductor S3JAL 600V Standard Surface Mount Rectifier has a glass passivated chip junction and is ideal for automated placement. The S3JAL provides 3A forward current, 600V repetitive peak reverse voltage, and 420V reverse voltage. The Taiwan S3JAL rectifier is housed in a low-profile thin SMA package.
