STMicroelectronics STEVAL-SPSA068 Evaluation Board

STMicroelectronics STEVAL-SPSA068 Evaluation Board is based on the SPSA068 buck voltage regulator, which has a precise voltage reference designed for automotive MCU applications. The SPSA068 regulators feature internal power switches, and an internal programmable memory allows the selection of the primary device parameters.

The STMicroelectronics STEVAL-SPSA068 Evaluation Board has been programmed in the following state: VOUT = 1.2V, switching frequency = 400kHz, watchdog disabled, VREF enabled, and OV/UV = +/-5%. The SPSA068 is already programmed, so an external microcontroller is not required to operate the STEVAL-SPSA068 application. Users can set a VOUT different than 1.2V by utilizing an external resistor divider.
