Vishay / Sprague T96 & T97 Conformal Coated TANTAMOUNT® Capacitors

Vishay / Sprague T96 and T97 Conformal Coated TANTAMOUNT® Capacitors are low-ESR, high-reliability COTS capacitors that offer high reliability. Both the T96 and T97 series are surface-mountable and offer surge current testing options per MIL-PRF-55365. The T96 capacitors have a capacitance range of 10µF to 680µF, while the T97 series offers 10µF to 1500µF. Vishay / Sprague T96 and T97 Conformal Coated TANTAMOUNT® Capacitors are RoHS compliant and operate in a temperature range of -55°C to +85°C (to +125°C with voltage derating).
