Silicon Labs EFM8 Laser Bee 8-bit MCUs

Silicon Labs EFM8 Laser Bee family of microcontrollers (MCUs) are offered as a performance line of energy-friendly 8-bit MCUs with a comprehensive analog and digital feature set in small packages. EFM8 Laser Bee MCUs deliver state-of-the-art performance by incorporating a 14-bit ADC, internally calibrated temperature sensor (±3°C), and up to four 12-bit DACs into compact packages. This design of the Silicon Labs EFM8 Laser Bee MCUs makes them ideally suited for even the most stringent analog application requirements. Featuring a pipelined 8051 core operating a maximum frequency of 72MHz, multiple communication interfaces, and up to four channels of configurable logic, the EFM8 Laser Bee MCUs are an excellent selection for optical networks modules, precision instrumentation, industrial control and automation, and smart sensors.
