Qorvo QPA3311 High-Output Hybrid Power Doubler Amplifier Module employs a Gallium Arsenide/Gallium Nitride (GaAs/GaN) die and operates from 45MHz to 1794MHz with 23dB gain. The Qorvo QPA3311 provides excellent linearity and superior return loss performance with low noise and optimal reliability. Applications include DOCSIS 4.0 CATV nodes and DOSIS 4.0 amplifiers in network infrastructures.
