Seeed Studio XIAO MG24 Sense Development Board
Seeed Studio XIAO MG24 Sense Development Board is an ultra-low-power wireless development board based on the Silicon Labs EFR32MG24 System-on-Chip (SoC), featuring a high-performance 78MHz Arm® Cortex®-M33 core. The XIAO MG24 Sense is Matter® native over Thread® and BLUETOOTH® Low Energy 5.3, all supported by the Arduino® Core. With 4MB Flash onboard, 19 GPIOs, LED, and an onboard charging circuit, the development board boasts extremely low operating currents and ultra-low-power modes, making it an ideal choice for Internet of Things (IoT) applications, especially battery-powered projects utilizing Matter protocols. Additionally, the onboard analog microphone and six-axis IMU sensors make the Seeed Studio XIAO MG24 Sense a great fit for TinyML applications such as posture detection.Features
- High-performance MCU utilizing a Silicon Labs' EFR32MG24 SoC, 32-bit 78MHz Arm Cortex-M33 with DSP instruction
- Matter native - compatible with Matter over Thread and Bluetooth Low Energy 5.3, supported by the Arduino core
- Outstanding RF performance - equipped with an onboard antenna with BLE range up to 50m in an open location with no signal interference, while reserving an interface for an external UFL antenna
- Super-low power design - power consumption is less than 1.95μA in sleep mode, ideal for battery-powered home automation applications
- Advanced onboard sensors - features an additional analog microphone and 6-axis IMU (LSM6DS3TR-C) for TinyML and edge AI applications, such as pose perception for more responsive automation
- Security encrypted on-chip - a dedicated hardware secure engine containing a CPU, enables the Secure Vault functions
- Rich onboard resources - additional 4MB Flash onboard, onboard battery charging circuit, 19x GPIOs, and an LED
- Classic XIAO design - retains the classic XIAO design with a thumb-size form factor of 21mm x 17.8mm and single-sided mount, making it perfect for space-limited projects such as wearables
- Natively compatible with all the XIAO accessory add-ons and kits of Grove Expansion, CAN-Bus, LED Matrix, Vision AI Sensor, Round Display, GSP Module, 2-Mic Array, ePaper Display, mmWave sensor, LoRa Module, and many more
