ROHM Semiconductor RV8L002SN & RV8C010UN Small Signal MOSFETs
ROHM Semiconductor RV8L002SN and RV8C010UN Small Signal MOSFETs feature a leadless ultra-small package and exposed drain pad for excellent thermal conduction. The RV8L002SN and RV8C010UN MOSFETs also offer very fast switching, a 2.5V ultra-low voltage drive, and ESD protection up to 2kV.
The ROHM RV8L002SN and RV8C010UN MOSFETs are available in a DFN1010-3W package and are AEC-Q101 qualified.
