Renesas Electronics RA2T1 64MHz Entry Level Motor Control Microcontrollers (MCUs) are part of the RA family of 32-bit microcontrollers, designed to deliver efficient and cost-effective motor control solutions for a wide range of applications. Built on the Arm® Cortex®-M23 core, the RA2T1 series operates at up to 64MHz and offers up to 64KB of flash memory, making the MCUs ideal for low-power, real-time control tasks. These MCUs are optimized for brushless DC (BLDC) and permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) control, featuring integrated analog peripherals such as high-speed ADCs, comparators, and timers to enable precise motor operation. With a wide operating voltage range (1.6V to 5.5V) and support for Renesas' Flexible Software Package (FSP), the RA2T1 series simplifies development and accelerates time-to-market for motor-driven applications in home appliances, power tools, and industrial automation.
