Qorvo QPL1822 75Ω 15dB CATV Amplifiers
Qorvo QPL1822 75Ω 15dB CATV Amplifiers are ultra-linear, GaAs pHEMT, differential RF amplifiers. The devices have a cascode design with 15dB of flat gain, and low distortion from 50MHz to 1.8GHz. Thie ICs support Broadband CATV DOCSIS 4.0 applications, like nodes, amplifiers, remote PHY devices, Fiber to The Home (FTTH), home gateways, and cable modems.
