Qorvo QPA0813 0.5W X-Band Driver Amplifier
Qorvo QPA0813 0.5W X-Band Driver Amplifier is a high‑performance amplifier designed for applications requiring efficient power delivery and a compact form factor. Fabricated using Qorvo’s 0.15μm GaAs pHEMT process (QPHT15), the device operates across the 8GHz to 11GHz frequency range, providing up to 0.7W of saturated output power and achieving 50% power‑added efficiency. The Qorvo QPA0813 delivers 19dB of small‑signal gain with good input and output return loss, making the device suitable for both linear and pulsed operation.
An integrated Enable/Disable control allows fast RF switching for pulse‑mode systems.
