pSemi UltraCMOS® RF Switches are HaRP™ technology devices designed for various switching applications, including wireless infrastructure, broadband, and wireless connectivity. pSemi offers a broad portfolio of switch ICs that cover frequency ranges from 0Hz to 60GHz and temperature ranges from -55°C to +125°C. These devices integrate onboard CMOS control logic with a low-voltage CMOS-compatible control interface and typically require no external components. HaRP technology enhancements deliver high linearity and exceptional harmonics performance.
