Power Integrations 2SP0115T2A0-12 Dual-Channel IGBT Driver

Power Integrations 2SP0115T2A0-12 Dual-Channel IGBT Driver is a compact, high-performance, plug-and-play device based on SCALE™-2 technology for individual and parallel connected modules. The 2SP0115T2A0-12 is designed for 1200V 17mm dual IGBT modules and features an electrical interface with a built-in DC/DC power supply. 2SP0115T2A0-12 provides maximum flexibility since the turn-on and turn-off gate resistors of both channels are not assembled in order. The driver has IGBT short-circuit protection and also monitors the supply voltage.
