Power Integrations SCALE-iFlex XLT Plug-&-Play Drivers
Power Integrations SCALE-iFlex XLT Plug-and-Play Drivers are designed for the operation of Infineon XHP™ 2, Mitsubishi LV100, and Fuji Electric HPnC power modules in two- and three-level photovoltaic (PV) applications. These SCALE-iFlex XLT dual-channel gate drivers feature an electrical interface, negative temperature coefficient (NTC) read-out, and a built-in DC-DC power supply. The highly integrated, compact footprint offers a -40°C to +85°C operating ambient temperature range and 1W output power per channel at the maximum ambient temperature. Safety features include short-circuit protection and undervoltage lockout (UVLO) for both the primary and secondary sides. Power Integrations SCALE-iFlex XLT Plug-and-Play Drivers undergo 100% production testing and are RoHS compliant. These drivers are ideal for wind, energy storage, and solar renewable energy installations.Features
