Power Integrations 2SP0320T2C0-12 Dual Channel IGBT Driver

Power Integrations 2SP0320T2C0-12 Dual Channel IGBT Driver is a compact, high-performance, plug-and-play device. The driver is based on SCALE™-2 technology for individual and parallel-connected modules in 2-level, 3-level, and multilevel converter topologies. 2SP0320T2C0-12 is a dual-channel gate driver designed for 1200V IGBT modules. The Power Integrations 2SP0320T2C0-12 Dual Channel IGBT Driver features an electrical or fiber-optic interface with a built-in DC/DC power supply. The driver has turn-on and turn-off gate resistors that are not assembled to provide maximum flexibility.
