Power Integrations 2SP0230T2x0 SCALE™-2 Dual-Channel Gate Drivers

Power Integrations 2SP0230T2x0 SCALE™-2 Dual-Channel Gate Drivers are designed as a ready-to-use gate driver solution for 62mm half-bridge SiC and IGBT power modules up to 1700V. The drivers feature an electrical interface and Advanced Active Clamping (AAC), which allows a safer turn-off function. The 2SP0230T2x0 drivers are RoHS compliant and provide short-circuit and undervoltage lock-out (UVLO) protection. Power Integrations 2SP0230T2x0 SCALE-2 Dual-Channel Gate Drivers offer 1.3W output power per channel and operate within a -40°C to +85°C ambient temperature range. The gate drivers are ideal for renewables, electric vehicle (EV) chargers, light rail converters, railway auxiliary converters, and other industrial applications.
