Power Integrations 2SP0115T2B0-12 High Performance IGBT Driver
Power Integrations 2SP0115T2B0-12 is a compact, high-performance, plug-and-play IGBT driver. The driver is based on SCALE™-2 technology for individual and parallel-connected modules. The 2SP0115T2B0-12 driver is a dual-channel gate driver designed for 600V 17mm dual IGBT modules. The device features an electrical interface or a fiber-optic interface with a built-in DC/DC power supply. The driver features turn-on and turn-off gate resistors that are not assembled to provide maximum flexibility.
