Panasonic Industrial Devices AQW PhotoMOS®

Panasonic AQW PhotoMOS Solid State Relays (SSRs) are dual-channel relays with an 8-pin SOP or DIP package with GE 2 Form A or GE 2 Form B configuration. The relays feature a high 5000Vrms I/O isolation voltage rating with a low-level off-state leakage current. The AQW series is part of the PhotoMOS family, a MOSFET-enabled and optically isolated SSR portfolio ideal for industrial, factory automation, test/measurement, and other applications. The Panasonic AQW PhotoMOS SSRs control low-level analog signals with high sensitivity and a high-speed response.
