onsemi NCP148 450mA LDO Regulators

onsemi NCP148 450mA Low Drop Out (LDO) Regulators are linear regulators optimized to meet the requirements of RF and analog circuits. The NCP148 provides low noise, low quiescent current, and very good load/line transients. The NCP148 also features a very high Power Supply Rejection Ratio (PSRR). If desired, the PSRR can be tuned by the selection of COUT capacitor and proper PCB layout. The NCP148 is fully protected in case of current overload, output short circuit, and overheating. The device is designed to work with a 1μF input and a 1μF output ceramic capacitor. 

The NCP148 LDO Regulators are available in an ultra-small 4-bump Wafer Level Chip Scale Package and with nominal output voltage ratings from 1.8V to 3.2V. These devices are Pb-free, Halogen-free, BFR-free, and RoHS-compliant.
