onsemi MC74VHCT541A Octal Buffers are advanced high-speed CMOS octal bus buffers fabricated with silicon gate CMOS technology. These buffer inputs are compatible with TTL levels. The MC74VHCT541A devices can be used as a level converter for interfacing 3.3V to 5V, as it has full 5V CMOS level output swings. These logic ICs output structure provides protection when VCC = 0V, preventing device destruction caused by supply voltage-input/output voltage mismatch, battery backup, and hot insertion. The MC74VHCT541A octal buffers operate at -55°C to 125°C temperature range and 4.5V to 5.5V DC supply voltage range.
