onsemi NVTFS014P04M8L Power MOSFETs are -40V and -49A single p-channel MOSFETs with low RDS(on) and capacitance to minimize conduction and driver losses. onsemi NVTFS014P04M8L Power MOSFETs come in a 3.3mm × 3.3mm footprint for a compact design. The power MOSFETs are AEC-Q101 qualified and PPAP capable. Typical applications include battery protection, motor control, power switches, switching power supplies, load switches, and solenoid drivers.
