Onion Omega2 Docks

Onion Omega2 Docks are interface boards designed to connect directly to the Omega2+ single-board computer, providing additional functionality and connectivity. Power can be provided to the Omega2+ and the Dock with any microUSB cable. The Onion Omega2 Dock includes a regulator circuit that ensures the Omega always receives the stable 3.3V it needs to operate optimally.

Omega2 Arduino Dock R2 (OM-D-ARD) combines the familiar Arduino platform with the power and connectivity of the Omega2. It features the ATmega328P microcontroller as a co-processor to act in tandem with the Omega2, and exposes the GPIO pins of both the Omega and microcontroller.

Omega2 BreadBoard Dock (OM-D-BB) brings breadboard compatibility to the Omega2 IoT Development Platform. Power the Dock and the Omega with any Micro USB cable and plug it directly into a standard breadboard. The Omega’s pins are mapped 1-to-1 onto the breadboard, providing access to all of the Omega's I/Os in the breadboard project.

Omega2 Mini Dock (OM-D-MIN) is designed to power the Omega2 for applications that do not require GPIO pins. Its small form factor makes it suitable to use for wireless applications such as Wi-Fi range extension, wireless printing, wireless video streaming, and more. The Mini Dock comes with a built-in USB port, allowing the user to plug and play a variety of USB devices into their Omega.
