NXP Semiconductors P3S0210BQ-ARD Evaluation Board

P3S0210BQ-ARD Evaluation Board evaluates the onboard P3S0210 Dual Bidirectional I3C-bus 1:2 and 2:1 Switch and Voltage Level Translator with auto direction sensing. The board can be connected to an I2C/I3C controller via a 100-mil pitch header or the Arduino® interface headers. Powered by a USB cable, it requires no external power supply. Onboard LDOs provide power to the P3S0210 and the rest of the board's components. Each P3S0210 port features one onboard 8-bit I2C GPIO expander (PCA9538) and one I3C temperature sensor (P3T1175) connected to the port. The user I2C/I3C controller can access these devices via the port I2C/I3C interface headers.

Features

  • Onboard I2C and I3C target devices, I3C temperature sensor and I2C 8-bit GPIO
  • VCCP1, VCCP2, VCCPS, VCCE, and VCCR supply selectable voltages via jumpers
  • Port 1 to Port S or Port 2 to Port S is selectable
  • USB-powered, no external power supply required
  • Can be connected to a standard NXP microcontroller board via Arduino interface headers
  • Off the board I2C and I3C target devices can be conveniently connected to the P3S0210 via onboard headers

Applications

  • Industrial
    • Networking
    • Server and data centers
  • Smartphones and mobile devices
  • Desktop and laptop computers
