NXP Semiconductors MRF101AN Reference Circuits are designed to allow rapid evaluation and prototyping of the MRF101AN 100W RF Power Transistor. The MRF101AN is designed for use in HF and VHF communications, industrial, scientific, and medical (ISM) broadcast, and aerospace applications. The devices are extremely rugged and exhibit high performance up to 250MHz.
