NXP Semiconductors S12ZVC MagniV® Mixed-Signal Microcontroller (MCU) offers a low-cost, highly integrated solution that enables the design of the smallest integrated CAN MCU. As a highly integrated device, this part is ideal for space-constrained applications such as actuators, sensors, CAN nodes, and other user interfaces. The NXP S12ZVC integrates a sophisticated S12Z core with a 12V to 5V voltage regulator. Features include up to 192KB Flash, 2KB EEPROM, up to 12KB RAM, an ADC, a PWM, and a timer. It also includes a CAN physical layer for automotive and industrial applications.Features
