Nexperia PSC0665K Silicon Carbide (SiC) Schottky Diodes
Nexperia PSC0665K Silicon Carbide (SiC) Schottky Diodes offer high power density, high IFSM capability, and excellent figure-of-merit (Qc x VF). These diodes feature zero recovery switching behavior, reduced EMI, zero forward and reverse recovery, and low loss. The PSC0665K Schottky diodes are encapsulated in a Real-2-Pin (R2P) TO-220-2, Real-2-Pin DPAK R2P (TO-252-2), or in a bare die package. These diodes are used in AC-DC converters, DC-DC converters, Switch Mode Power Supplies (SMPS), Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), photovoltaic inverters, and telecom power supplies.Features
