Littelfuse ZCASE® BMZ Battery Mount Fuse Holders

Littelfuse ZCASE® BMZ Battery Mount Fuse Holders allow users to mount fusing directly to a post-style battery terminal. Littelfuse ZCASE BMZ Fuse Holders accept 80A to 600A Littelfuse ZCASE fuses. These fuse holders mount directly to the battery without additional mounting hardware. The series is available in 2- or 3-pole versions. BMZ Fuse Holders feature a compact design that saves space and eliminates the need to wire in a separate fuse holder or power-distribution module.

  • Mounts directly to a post-style battery
  • Consolidates multiple fuse holders and reduces wiring
  • Available in 2- or 3-pole designs
  • Uses 80A to 600A ZCASE single Fuses (M8)
  • 275A maximum continuous throughput
  • 32VDC maximum voltage rating (or max rating of the fuse)
  • -40°C to +125°C operating temperature range
  • BMZ series does not require special nuts due to isolated busbar studs and can be installed using standard M8 nuts (sold separately)
  • Fusing directly at the battery allows location of larger power distribution boxes outside of the engine compartment while assuring protection of the supply cables
