Littelfuse SP7538P Ultra-Low-Capacitance TVS Diode Array
Littelfuse SP7538P TVS Diode Array integrates eight channels of ultra-low capacitance rail-to-rail diodes and an additional Zener diode to protect electronic equipment from possibly destructive electrostatic discharges (ESD). The SP7538P safely absorbs repetitive ESD strikes above the maximum level specified in IEC 61000-4-2 international standard without performance degradation. Typical applications for this Littelfuse SP7538P TVS Diode Array include embedded DisplayPorts, USB 2.0/3.0 ports, flat-panel displays, smartphones, and mobile computing.
