Littelfuse SMTOAK2 Surface-Mount TVS Diodes
Littelfuse SMTOAK2 Surface-Mount TVS Diodes are housed in a modified SMTO-263 package, achieving a compact mechanical design and compatibility with automated PCB assembly. The Littelfuse SMTOAK2 TVS Diodes feature a 2kA current rating and a fast response time of <1.0ps (typical). The diodes are designed to protect sensitive electronics against surge events and inductive load-switching voltage transient events.
