IXYS Integrated Circuits LCB710 Single-Pole OptoMOS® Relays

Littelfuse LCB710 Single-Pole OptoMOS® Relays are normally closed solid-state relays with 60V peak or DC maximum load output blocking voltage and 2mA minimum LED current to operate. These relays use optically coupled technology to provide an enhanced 3750Vrms isolation barrier between the output and the input of the relay. The efficient MOSFET switches feature patented OptoMOS architecture, and a highly efficient GaAIAs-infrared LED controls the optically coupled output.
