Infineon Technologies S25FS256T SEMPER™ Nano Quad SPI NOR Flash is a compact 256Mb NOR Flash memory device used in hearables, wearables, automotive, and industrial applications. The 256Mb capacity supports advanced features and capabilities such as active noise canceling. The Infineon S25FS256T SEMPER™ Nano Quad SPI NOR Flash is built on 45nm MIRRORBIT™ technology that provides user-configurable memory regions. These configurable sectors provide flexibility for code storage, system data storage, and data logging in a single compact device.
