Infineon Technologies REF-22K-GPD-INV-EASY3B Evaluation Kits

Infineon Technologies REF-22K-GPD-INV-EASY3B Evaluation Kits are the industrial motor drives for three-phase 400V AC grids and offer 22kW nominal power. These reference kits include FP100R12W3T7_B11 Easy3B power module, TLI4971-A120T5 current sensor, 1ED3131MC12H gate driver IC, IMBF170R1K0M1 1.7kV SiC-MOSFET, and XMC4800-F144F2048 and XMC4300-F100K256 microcontrollers. The combination of these products allows evaluation in one design and interaction experiences between the products. The REF-22K-GPD-INV-EASY3B kits include an EMI filter, a pre-charge and capacitor bank, isolated power supplies, a power module, controls, and a heat sink with a fan. These reference kits are used in applications such as pumps, fans, compressors, and conveyor belts.
