Hammond Manufacturing RDAB Server/UPS Support Brackets
Hammond Manufacturing RDAB Series Server/UPS Support Brackets are rack-depth adapters designed to support deep equipment. By positioning equipment in the center of the rack, the RDAB brackets reduce stress on the mounting rails and prevent sagging or damage from unsupported weight. Unlike traditional mounting methods that place equipment behind the rack or rely solely on front rails, the RDAB series distributes weight more evenly across the rack structure. This weight distribution improves stability, increases usable rack space, and provides a more secure installation for servers, UPS systems, and other deep equipment.
Features
- 14-gauge steel construction (400lb capacity) supports servers, UPS systems, and deep rack equipment
- Depth adapter design centers equipment within the rack to improve load balance and stability compared to front-only mounting
- Ideal for mounting deep equipment in 2-post racks where rear support is not available
- Provides both mounting rails and formed angle supports to accommodate rackmount and non-rackmount equipment
- Mounts to front and/or rear rack rails to maximize load capacity and installation flexibility
- Available in multiple depths (15", 20", 26", and 31") to match equipment requirements
- Compatible with 19", 23", and 24" EIA rack systems
- Includes a complete bracket set and mounting hardware for installation
- TAA-compliant, manufactured in North America, supports government procurement requirements, and ensures consistent quality
- Black powder coat finish (GREENGUARD, TSCA, RoHS compliant) supports indoor air quality and environmental compliance
