Guerrilla RF GRF5847 Linear Power Amplifier Module

Guerrilla RF GRF5847 Linear Power Amplifier Module achieves +35dBm saturated output power from 4.4GHz to 5.2GHz with power added efficiency greater than 50%. With high native linearity, the Guerrilla RF GRF5847 does not require digital predistortion. The module operates over a 3V to 5V supply voltage range, requiring no external matching.
